Christina was born in St Walburg, SK and when she was about 2 years old my family moved to Prince Albert. "Growing up we always had animals, a bunny, dogs and cats. I often volunteered at the Prince Albert SPCA after school and on weekends. I am married and have 3 great kids who love animals as much as I do. When I heard Melfort was getting a SPCA I knew that I would love to volunteer as soon as it opened. I also became a foster for some of the animals they had in their care. I have had more then 10 different animals stay in my home and only have fostered fail once. The opportunity came along to be the Shelter Manager for the NESPCA in April of this year and I jumped at the chance. I love helping the fur baby’s find their forever home. My family and I have 2 dogs (Hazel & Lucy), and 2 cats (Cooper and Saint). They bring joy to all of our lives everyday"
